Whether you're embarking on a new build or renovating an existing space, my expertise lies in floorplan and layout reviews, home designs, and product and styling selection.

I am Christal Alexander, a passionate house designer and renovator dedicated to creating beautiful, functional homes. Over the past decade, I've designed and built four of my own homes and undertaken three major renovations. My journey in construction and design has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge and experience to create flowing, functional living spaces. 

My home, the Zeb Modern Barn, has gained significant popularity on social media for its distinctive dark silhouette and fresh take on the modern barn style. Due to high demand, we are excited to announce that the Zeb Floor Plan is now available for purchase, allowing you to create your own unique modern barn.
